Ingredients-

  • 1 1lb bag of fresh brussel sprouts
  • 1 24 oz bottle of balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper

Directions-

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Cut brussel sprouts in half, trim off any roots hanging on
  • Line a baking tray with foil, brush with oil
  • Add cut brussel sprouts to mixing bowl
  • Add 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette and mix
  • Bake for 15 minutes, stir and bake another 15 minutes until tender
  • Broil on medium for 5 minutes until caramelized
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Enjoy!!
