Ingredients for Chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoon melted salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 3 large chicken breasts halved horizontally to make 6 filets
  • 2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (panko preferably but anything works!)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or golden)
  • 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic or onion powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil for frying
  • 37 Oz roasted garlic marinara sauce
  • 1 Box angel hair pasta

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 430 degrees
  • Slice each chicken breast down the middle creating 6 filets
  • Add together 2 cup breadcrumbs and 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • Melt 2 tablespoon of salted butter
  • Brush each filet with melted butter and coat in breadcrumb mixture, set aside
  • Fry each filet in 1/2 cup oil until golden brown and crispy on the outside
  • Line a baking tray with foil and brush with oil to avoid sticking
  • Once each filet is fried, add to baking tray and spoon marinara sauce on top
  • Sprinkle parmesan on top and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Bake 10 minutes, add more mozzarella cheese and bake for another 10 minutes
  • While your chicken is baking boil your pasta until cooked through, remove and add butter to avoid noodles sticking
  • Remove chicken and let sit for two minutes to allow cheese to harden slightly
  • Serve and enjoy!
